How it works

Business financing, step by step.

A financing request moves from your business objective to the financial review, written terms, and final decision.

The process

Four steps from request to decision.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need.

Choose the financing amount, intended use, and timing. If your goal is to manage existing debt, start a debt review.

  2. 02

    Complete the application.

Provide business details, ownership information, and the documents requested for the structure. Property financing also requires property and mortgage information.

  3. 03

    Review the terms.

If an option is available, compare the amount, payment schedule, total cost, fees, collateral, and early-payoff terms. Ask about any conditions before accepting.

  4. 04

    Complete closing.

Review and sign final documents, satisfy closing conditions, and confirm funding or line access. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

How It Works FAQ

Your inquiry is reviewed and a member of the team follows up to understand your business and, where helpful, request a few documents.
No. Documentation depends on the structure. Short-term options often start with recent bank statements, while longer-term programs commonly request financial statements and tax returns.
Underwriting reviews the business as a whole, including cash flow, debt service, credit, collateral where relevant, use of funds, existing obligations, and history.
When options are available, we walk through the amount, duration, repayment, pricing, prepayment, and collateral in plain language before anything is finalized.
Different structures carry different documentation and review depth. A short-term line is lighter than a long-term or SBA program by design.
